Digital Products

All digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds once purchased.

Physical Products

This includes our Print-on-Demand (POD) items and in-stock herbal products.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@spiritualbindingherbs.com within 14 days (two weeks) of the delivery date.
• To process your request, please include your order number and photos of the product (if applicable).
• Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
• We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
