One of my favorite products I found to manage my anxiety I came across at my local co-op is a liquid supplement by Herb Pharm. What I absolutely love is that their products are certified organic or made with certified organic ingredients. What they are not able to grow enough of in Oregon they make sure to source ethically from growers and wildcrafters across the globe.
Just in case you’re wondering because I didn’t know at first; wildcrafters are people who harvest plants from their natural, or ‘wild’ habitat, for food or medicinal purposes. Now you can say you learned something new today 😁. From Herb Pharm’s extraction process to their mission and respect for nature, it’s something that I love and resonates with me so greatly. Herb Pharm Anxiety Soother
Anyways…the one liquid supplement or tincture I use is Anxiety Soother. I usually add 1-2 droppers to my tea in the morning, you can do this multiple times a day if need be. If its been one of those days I’ll make a cup as soon as I walk through the door. This supplement helps calm the nervous system with Kava, passionflower, lavender flower, oil, and a few other herbs.
The first time you try this tincture you may feel a rush of relaxation, this happened to me the first few times but only lasts a few minutes. Don’t worry if this combination doesn’t sound like your cup of tea (see what I did there 😂). Some other options specifically to help with anxiety are lemon balm, skullcap, and kava, there’s a bit more on their site.
There are many types of liquid supplements/tinctures this brand offers for various ailments that interact with different areas of your body from cleansing & detoxifying, immunity health, stress, vision, seasonal support…I could go on and on but I promise I won’t.
