After realizing that medications to manage my anxiety were not going to work for me, most of the time they made my symptoms worse, I started to find natural products that could help me manage. Of course, I’m not a trained professional but these are just things I have found work for me. It may not be for everyone and as always consult your doctor. These are just things I have found that I LOVE to use daily or in extreme bouts of anxiety.
